Topic: Illiquid estates: challenges and impact of latest tax reforms and how funding can help overcome them
This panel session will discuss:

• How an illiquid estate affects an executor’s ability to complete their duties and the challenges the law firm faces with carrying WIP;
• The date-of-death tax return and estate tax compliance, including CGT triggers; and
• How to solve many of these issues and enable better outcomes.
